AVG secure browser wont load

For nearly 3 days now I havent been able to access online with the AVG Secure browser that was attached to the Internet security we purchased for business - this isnt acceptable - I've uninstalled and reinstalled it and same problems - a fleeting white screen flashes and disappears instantly
