Avg secure search SERVICE running multiple times, low on memoory

The avg_secure search is running multiple times, creating total shut down on hundreds of my customers… this has been happening for months now, the executable file is located in the program data folder

WINDOWS 10 64bit both pro and home versions - more than 10 customers reporting this!!!
getting avg secure search SERVICE running multiple times and creating total slow down and eventual low on memory error
multiple restarts, even uninstalls of AVG FREE eventually fixes it…

Terry, AVG Secure Search is our free Browser Add-on which helps you to browser securely on the Internet.
If you don't wish to use this add-on, we request you to remove it using our AVG Remover Tool.
1) To download AVG remover tool, please click on this link: http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
2) Run the downloaded file and follow the onscreen instructions.
3) Restart your PC when the restart option is displayed on the remover tool screen.
NOTE: Once you have logged into your PC after the restart, please go to C: drive and delete the "AVG REMOVER" folder manually.
