AVG Secure VPN and Microsfot Office 365

When AVG Secure VPN is connected and I start MS Office 365 I get a error message in Dutch because I have the Dutch language on:

"we kunnen nu geen verbinding maken. controleer uw netwerk en probeer het later opnieuw"

Transalted it is:

"we cannot connect now. check your network and try again later"
How Can I solve this?

I have found a work arround.

Close VPN. Start Outlook, Start VPN.

This way it works. There must be a solution for this.

Because is MS offcie 365 you cannot change these settings..
