I understand this must be upsetting. May I know to which location is AVG Secure VPN connected to now? Please try to change the location to another nearest server and check if that helps.

The reason is because, AVG Secure VPN will not work in China region.
It will not help, even if we reinstall and get the VPN working and change the location.
I see that you have already submitted refund request for your VPN subscription.
Keep checking your email to know about the refund status.

I installed secure VPN successfully. But when I started the software, it always shows "Sorry, AVG secure VPN cannot connect. Please check your internet connection. Need help troubleshooting?"

I am in China now. Is it because the connection to the VPN server is blocked?

Hello Avinash,

I am not sure how to change the location. And I didn't find how to log in to my account either… it shows as a trail version. Do I need to reinstall it again?
