AVG Secure VPN - CONNECTION PROBLEMS

Hello - I still have a problem with AVG Secure VPN which only works on some days. Other days it connects, then immediately drops out. Your technical support were unable to solve this problem, despite taking control of my PC. They downloaded a full AVG log and advised me that I would be contacted again within 3 days. That was almost a week ago! Please advise. Thank you.

I purchased and installed AVG VPN a couple of weeks ago, and set it up on four devices. It worked fine until I tried to change the VPN location on my PC. Since then it works fine on all devices EXCEPT my PC. It starts but does not establish a working connection. It also switches off my firewall. I have tried reinstalling the software, but no success. I have also reinstated the VPN connection to the original location - the same as the other three devices - still no success. I have purchased a 2-year license, but cannot use the software on the PC. Please help me solve this irritating problem!
