Avg secure vpn cuts internet connection when I log on

This isn't the experience we want you to have.
Please let us know where you are based currently (physical location) & the server (location) to which you've connected through Secure VPN.

I am a subscriber of AVG secure VPN since 2 years. It worked well in the beginning about 2-3 months then cuts my wireless internet connection when I log on. I am non satisfied with this product at all and will not continue my subscription when it ends.
