AVG Secure VPN does not connect to the internet

I connect to the internet with Cable Net from Turkey.
Modem input to the computer through the ethernet port.
Modem model:
NetMASTER
Infinity 401
Unidentified network from the moment I turned on AVG Secure VPN says it doesn't connect to the internet

Have you tried to change the location in AVG Secure VPN and check the status?

If you have AVG Internet Security or any other Anti-virus program, please disable it and check whether you can connect with Internet?
