The steps provided for activation of AVG Secure VPN might not help as the latest version released is 17.9 that has some changes with the options and settings.

Same problem as other posters, I have paid for Secure VPN and have the .PDF receipt - I log into My Account, it shows Secure VPN with an expiration date at end of 2019 and tells me to "simply open it and log in using your AVG MyAccount email and password". How do I do this ? Very frustrating
