I understand the experience with AVG Secure VPN activation, I will help you with that. From the screenshot, I see that you are searching for AVG Secure VPN option on AVG Internet Security components. Please be informed, AVG Secure VPN is a separate program, you can activate it from AVG Management console.
If AVG Internet Security opens when you click on AVG icon from the desktop, please click "<" the back symbol located on the top left corner on the interface. It will lead to AVG management console (formerly known as AVG Zen). Click the Secure VPN tile to install the program and click the OFF slider so that it changes to ON. Secure VPN drivers are installed and activated. You can click Change location if you want to connect to a different location. By default, you are connected to the most optimal location.
