AVG Secure VPN is there a way to get a ovpn file for router?

So my router is compatible with ovpn files and I noticed that AVG VPN uses OpenVPN as its core. Is there a way for me to get a ovpn file for my router to run the vpn across all items on my network?

Hi Taylor. Thank you for taking the time to communicate with AVG. My name is Shawn and I will help you.

From what I understand of your concern, is that you want to install AVG Secure VPN, direct to your router. Contrary to our sister Company, HideMyAss, AVG Secure VPN does not officially support router configuration.

Windows and Android clients use OpenVPN protocol for connection to gateways, and iOS and macOS use IPsec. If your router supports one of these protocols, it may be possible to configure the VPN connection, using credentials from a desktop/mobile device. However PPTP isn't supported.

Good luck and all the best. Shawn
