I'm afraid AVG Secure VPN does not have in built DNS leak test feature.
However, we can help you to prevent DNS leak when using AVG Secure VPN on Windows 10 PC.

I recently used another VPN provider while out of the country and they had a DNS leak test as part of their package. Does AVG have this option to ensure that there are no "leaks"  while signed into the VPN?
