AVG Secure VPN - Mac - No able to connect to any server

Hi there -

Just recently bought AVG Secure VPN and followed all steps described and still am not able to connect to any of the servers available. 

MacOS Monterrey and AVG 1.12.3 (495)

Please kindly provide any help.
