I have checked my emails and I have not received any replies from Support team regarding my problem with AVG Secure VPN that i subscribe and pay for.
I have tried changing location but the same problem still exists, it stops working after seconds and after i troubleshooting I receive a message saying everything looks fine and to contact Support! Nothing happens to help me, I am getting frustrated, annoyed and I am definetely not happy with AVG.
I am unable to keep my AVG secure VPN connected on my MacBook it keeps stopping and I am having to use my laptop unprotected.
I have tried contacting Support numerous times but nobody replies to my messages!!
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but this hasn't helped.
I have been experiencing this problem for about a month now and not impressed with AVG customer services!
Please is there anyone that can help? This isn't a cheap service I am a pensioner but I do like to use my laptop safely.

I am unable to open this as Safari doesn't have an application to do this.

It could be possible that the VPN server you are connected to is having difficulty to allow traffic.
We'd request you to click 'Change location' and connect to a different VPN server.
