AVG Secure VPN not working with Free AVG Internet Secuity 2020

March 24, I installed AVG Security 2020 with license number provided with download.
Everything work fine except AVG Secure VPN
Message: - Once you restart your PC , please install the AVG Secure VPN and try to activate the program. … A remote support file will be downloaded.
I restarted as instructed, but NO support file VPN was downloaded
