I can understand how you feel, as I would feel the same in your position.
I see that an Email was sent to you to connect to our Remote Team to assist you to fix the issue promptly.
Please check your Inbox or Junk/Spam and connect to our Remote Team and they will fix the issue. If you still wish to get a Refund, please let me know and I'll assist you with it.

I purchased AVG Secure VPN this week.  Unfortunately it is preventing my emails from going in and out via Microsoft Outlook program. Can I please have some assistance to correct this issue, alternatively can I please have a refund on the software?

In this case, I request you to get our additional support help for which an email instruction has been sent.
If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.

I do not wish to continue with this software program and therefore request a refund to my account as soon as possible.
On the advice of my computer technician I will shortly be removing all of my purchased AVG products.
