We regret the inconvenience.
Was AVG Secure VPN connection turning on successfully? Could you change location in AVG Secure VPN and verify.

I have just subscribed to AVG SecureVPN  , but everytime I activate it I lose the internet connection to my PC. This is connected to the router by ethernet cable. Wi Fi devices without Secure VPN still work fine. Running Windows 10 and BT is network provider. Can anyone help?
