AVG SECURE VPN wont install

After installation, you can click on login button at the top right corner of the windows, use your AVG MyAccount login credential to activate your AVG Secure VPN. Hello, i recently signed up for free trial of AVG secure VPN, but it will not install, it told me i dont need to do anything it will install onto my existing AVG automatically, but it hasnt, ive tried downloading and installing but it just keeps telling me its 32bit and i need 64bit version, tried that still no go!!!, it tells me i may be logged out of AVG and i need to log in, i cant find anywhere on that AVG thing where i can log into it!!!, incredibly frustrating as in 2  months your probably goin to bill me automaticaly for it!!!!!, please can you help, m no computer wiz! thankyou

Please go to (https://support.avg.com/support_sales?l=en), click on Technical support, click Yes (That you have paid subscription), fill the required information and finally click Email option. After that our French support team will contact you soon with a solution.
