I just renewed my license for my security software for three computers. I downloaded it to my older computer that doesn't have Windows 10 and all went well. I have tried to download it my newest computer which has Windows 10 and have been told that the updates failed with no explanation as to why. Any suggestions as to why this has happened? I wouldn't be surprised that it doesn't have something to do with Windows 10. Please let me know your thoughts since at the moment my computer is outdated on its protection even though it has been paid for. Thanks.
