At times my MS Word 2013 'refuses' to save files and has problems uploading to OneDrive. I contacted MS and was told that this problem is caused by AVG. I would like to keep my AVG as it has always served me well.
I would therefore like to know whether MS are correct and, if yes, how should I set my AVG in order to by-pass the above-mentioned problems.
