If I may ask, how exactly did you narrow down this issue to AVG?
To make sure, please uninstall AVG, restart your PC and verify the speaker issue.

Since installing the full AVG Package, it seams every time I reboot my PC it disables my Bluetooth Speaker on my Windows 10 PC.  Has anyone else had this issue, do you know I can stop AVG from causing this issue?
