I have Windows 10 Version 21H2.AVG CPU Issue

My computer is sluggish and I am looking at the Task Manager and found the AVG Service is using between 30% and 83% of my CPU. I have noticed this over the last few days. Does anyone know what is going on with this?

Do you have any other conflicting antivirus in your computer, if yes please uninstall it and repair AVG Internet Security once and check the issue.
