May I know if you're asking Windows 10 update option is missing from AVG PC TuneUp and AVG Shedder option is missing from recycle bin.

Thank you for the information. Please repair AVG PC TuneUp http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-repair-AVG from the control panel, restart your computer and check if the Shredder option is available.

I downloaded the latest Windows 10 update and restarted my computer. Put some old files in the recycle bin and went to use my AVG Shedder & found it missing.
