I recently had to completely remove my AVG Zen 2015 as it corrupted.  (With AVG removal tool) On freshly installing it, the programs dashboard starts successfully when launched from the system tray, however both the desktop icon and taskbar icon open a blank dashboard and fail to launch.  I have repeated the uninstall process and re install process several times. Can someone help please

Hello Hilary,
Please click Start > Programs > right click on AVG > hover your Mouse over "Send to" > from the sub-menu that appears select to create a Desktop shortcut for it.
