AVG shows trial version

Hello Kenneth,
Did you complete activation of AVG Ultimate as suggested in this article http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Activate-AVG-Zen-Protection-Performance-or-Ultimate ? If not, please follow those steps to activate paid subscription of AVG Ultimate.

If you had already logged in, please try to logout and log back in as suggested below.

1. Please open AVG dashboard and click on your email address at top right corner.
2. Then select Logout as admin. You will now see "Connected" status.
3. Click on Connected and select "Leave this network" and confirm it by clicking on Leave again.  
4. Click Connect at the top-right of the screen, then click Log into an existing account.
5. Type your email address and the password you created for your AVG My Account during the purchase, then click Log In.

Purchased AVG Ultilmate, but AVG shows me as still having trail version
