Thanks in advance.
Is there a way to separate the AVG Shredder from the AVG Menu to run standalone in the Windows 10 File Explorer? I regularly shred files that contain sensitive information and I'm tired of repeatedly having to exit the menu after I shred the files. Earlier versions of AVG had that option.
I'm well aware of the settings option but it still doesn't answer my question. In earlier versions of AVG, right-clicking a file would offer 'AVG Shredder' as one of the options. Now, you get this garbage (aka 'Shred using AVG'). The old option would terminate upon completion of the task. The new option returns to the 'Internet Security' menu where you have to click [OKAY] then move your mouse to [Close] then click [Close] which brings up the main AVG menu which you have to close to get back to the File Explorer. That's five unnecessary mouse actions to do the same thing where none were required.
We understand your concern, Michael.
We could see that you are in contact with our chat team. They will help you to sort out the issue further.
Thank you.
