AVG Shredder not working in AVG 2017?

Are you facing this issue with the particular folder or file that you try to remove using AVG Shredder or the AVG Shredder doesn't function for any files or folders?
Do you get any error while performing removal using AVG Shredder?

I just did…the issue persists. The option 'Permanently shred with AVG' that appears in the contect menu (right-click) of a file or folder does not work…

AVG Shredd do not work , nothing happens when I click on a folder to shred it
it does not give any error, and do this for all folders, this happened when I recently updates my AVG

Hi,

I just installed AVG Antivirus Free 2017. I tried the option 'Permanently shred with AVG' to shred some files. This used to work with the 2016 version, but now it no longer works: when clicking 'Shred' nothing happens...
Does anyone else have this problem? ... Or a solution?

I already removed AVG and re-installed...but the problem is still there...

Hi,

AVG Shredder doesn't function for any files or folders. The thing is: it doesn't function when using the right mouse-button and choosing the 'Permanently shred…' option. When opening AVG Antivirus Free there is an option 'Shredder' and that one seems to function (new in 2017 ?).
