If you want to stop AVG AntiTrack clearing cookies from certain websites, place these websites on your Whitelist.
On the AVG AntiTrack dashboard, click the Whitelisted websites tile.
Add a website to your list of Whitelisted websites using either method below:
- Select a website from the Choose From Popular Options drop-down menu.
- Enter a website URL (for example www.example.com) into the left text box, then click Add.
I have an issue only recently appeared when I upgraded my AVG protection to anti-tracking. If I try to open a Google Jamboard, I get a pop-up message warning that the address I am trying to access constitutes a threat - then I click on advanced, which allows me to open the Jamboard, but it is then non-functional or very slow.
This is a problem since I am an online teacher and I need to be able to use these tools. I disabled the anti-tracking, since the issue appeared to correlate to when I started using anti-tracking, but the problem has not been resolved. I would prefer not to have to disable AVG completely.
