AVG software Crashing Computer

On 20/01/2021 Suddenly my laptop started restarting when i click on shut down. I thought it might a driver problem. Later it occurred to me in event log that AVG internet security & tune-up have been doing this problem. Also my Browsers were not able to access internet from my mobile hotspot when AVG internet security was on

I Cleaned my Computer & installed a fresh windows 10. upon installing the AVG software again, the restart problem started again. I had to delete the AVG in order to save my laptop.

Initially I thought it could me only my problem, but my friend also got the same issues.

we both have purchased the 2 years ultimate package from https://avastavg.in/ site. 

can anybody explain me why

This isn't the usual behavior of AVG program.
We'd suggest you to take advantage of our free remote assistance to investigate further on this, by following the steps in the email that has been sent to you.
