I understand the inconvenience caused. I am sure we will be able to fix this together. I request you to remove AVG completely along with any previous traces using the AVG clear tool/AVG Remover tool and then do a fresh installation of AVG. This will ensure that none of the previous traces of AVG are left on your computer and you have an updated version.(1/2)
Hi. I hav this message as AVG is experiencing e a 2 year paid subscription for AVG Internet Security. A few days ago, there was a software update which seemed to be fine and no issues. I am still using Windows 7, which should not be a problem. Today, I noticed that I have a white circle with an exclamation mark in the middle of the AVG logo sitting at the bottom of my taskbar. When I click on this, it says, some software did not install properly and get support team to help with error message 0Xe0060006. When i logged in to get support help, I am being told to ignore this as AVG is experiencing some technical issues, but that I am still protected. Can anyone help me with this?
