AVG SUCKS. They are absolute crooks when it comes to forced renewals. I don't know how they keep getting me. I have cancelled auto-renew and requested a refund every time they do it. This is about the 3rd time I discovered that they took money from me. Absolute crooks.
AVG has taken money from my account and NOT authorised! My AVG was NOT on Auto renew and I did not want to renew but AVG stole from my account and to top it off AVG antivirus still shows as EXPIRED!! Refund my ac 81.99 immediately - I have tried several times to get a refund even through the bank and no luck so far
