Avg stuck in updating process

Note: Please run the AVG Clear first and then the AVG Remover

Once uninstalled, please reinstall the AVG Anti Virus again by following the steps provided in this article: Download AVG AntiVirus Free

Hi,

I'm stuck with latest AVG update, after downloading lltest update and uninstalling the current version it says that there's a newer version already installed and currently AVG is not running anymore. When I restart i get an error message that says that's impossible to run avg services. Avg is not running at all after the updating process failed except an avg service named "Avg antivirus" that's impossible to stop or remove. I tried AVG remover but it says that doesn't find any avg installation.

Everything is done with admin rights, and remover doesn't work even in safe mode.
The machine has Windows home 10 64bit.
