AVG stuck on Moving to Quarantine

I googled SpeechModelDownload.exe and found out that it is probably a legit windows file, that for some reason is considered a threat by AVG Internet Security. So obviously I don't want it to be sent to Quarantine.

So I guess my new question is - what happens if I force shut down AVG during "Moving to Quarantine" which it is stuck on - is there a risk that something gets messed up in Windows, if this file is important in any way and AVG has put it in quarantine?

Hi!

I got a message in AVG Internet Security that the threat "SpeechModelDownload.exe" was blocked on my computer. I clicked Move to Quarantine and now the software is stuck on "Moving to Quarantine" since about an hour. What's the best thing to do in this case? Any risk of not securing that malware if I simply restart the computer?
