I recently found out that I had multiple subscriptions for the same product which we costing alot of money. I managed to got through my subscriptions on AVG and selected the refund option which then enable me to raise a case and speak to a person who was very helpful and sorted out cancellation of all incorrect products and refunded the latest charge.
