My AVG Internet security and VPN were auto renewed in December. The emails from AVG stated the charge would be $109.99 each. However one was charged in a foreign currency ? Euros therefore incurring a foreign fee and exchange rate resulting in an increased payment. I have contacted billing and used the online chat service who can only tell me that $109.99 was charged. I have contacted my bank and there is no error. I would like to know why one of the renewals was not charged in A$ and also for the extra $ and foreign fee to be refunded. A customer service email address would be useful so I can send through the details.
