AVG subscription

Hello Paul,

As per our record, we see that you have purchased the subscription for AVG Protection multidevice (1 year subscription).
We request you to confirm whether the expiry notice is for the protection or is it for the performance.
You have purchased the subscription for AVG protection so you will have the PRO version installed on the protection circle on the AVG Zen interface.
Whereas on the Performance circle you will have the trial version of AVG PC tuneup installed.
So please confirm us whether the expiry notice is under protection or on performance?

I  purchased AVG pro and paid for it but the icon on my desktop keeps saying i have 3 days to upgrade

In this case, we request you to log out of Zen and try logging again as a Admin.
I would request you to open your AVG Zen, please click on your email address that is displayed on the top right corner of your Zen and select the option as log out as admin then click on the same place where you had the email address and select the option as "Leave this Zen network" and confirm it by clicking ok.
Again click on the same place and select the option as "Connect to an existing Zen network" and please enter your username and password correctly then you will get pro version installed on it.
