AVG subscription

On 28 January 2020 I bought from AVG TuneUp (multi-device)  a 2 year subscription, billed every two years. The Order Number is 173141xxxxx

Yesterday, 17 March 2020, AVG on my laptop  informed me that my licence has expired and I need to renew for tune up to continue.

Also, on 14 March 2020 AVG has informed me, on my desk top PC, that my AVG PC TuneUp subscription will expire in 29 days time.

I really cannot understand this. And it's very worrying. Could you please let me know what is going on?
