I recently had money debited from my bank account to pay for a renewal subscription of $169 to Digital River Inc. AVG Sydney. My subscription then updated for the next renewal in 2025. Now I go into my account and my subscription says its due for renewal in 8 days again, but I've already paid. There is no way to contact AVG. And the orders do not show in the history when I log into my AVG account. Does anyone know how to contact AVG or resolve this?
