Avg subscription

Hi! I have paid for the whole package with all the apps but nowhere does it say only on Android. I have looked everywhere and can't I use this on iPhone device if purchased on an Android? With this pricy deals it can't be that I have to purchase a new subscription on my iPhone? Or can I transfer this? If not I would really want to terminate this because I've hade so many problems with the avg secure vpn and antivirus program where the vpns are totally different and can only use either secure vpn or on the antivirus ultimate app. Why do you recommend purchasing both when it's already in the antivirus app? Also recommended me to purchase avg protection ultimate and turned out to be similar and also not compatible with each other. It also says Cleaner and more is included which it's not, I have to upgrade the other. I have paid full on everything so what's really included?
Also when 5 devices is included with full access to all, can't I use it on my ios devise?? . Is there any way to transfer to iPhone or else terminate on Android app so  we can get a new subscription on the iPhone?

We would like to inform you that AVG subscription purchased via Google play store can be used only on android device. This subscription can not be used on any other operating system such as iOS and Windows. 

As you wish to activate AVG on iOS, you need to subscribe for AVG product via apple store. Could you please let us know how many devices do you have? Also, confirm the operating system installed on it. So, we will help you to have suitable subscription for you.

We do have AVG Multi-device package, that can be used up to 10 devices along with Windows, Android, Mac and iOS devices.

If you only have iOS device, we can cancel the subscription on Google playstore and purchase the new subscription on Apple store. If you still have any clarification, please do let us know.
