I posted a previously message and you replied to it and then i tried to reply to it with an attachment and the message did not send. There seems to be issue with your messaging system. thank you. please see screenshot attached to this email. Can you please reset my counter on AVG account, so it goes back to zero. Then i can add a device one by one.
Currently it states i have the subscription on 8 devices, this is not true. i have on 4 max. i cant even delete a device from my subscription in my AVG online account. Really, i should be able to delete a device. it seems when i re-image a laptop that had previously a AVG Subscription on and then install AVG on it again, it adds another device used up on my subscription. this is incorrect as i previously had installed the AVG on same device.
