  • Please confirm which AVG program are you unable to install?
  • Let us know the operating systrem installed in your device. 
  • Do you have any other Anti-virus installed in your device?
  • Do you have any VPN program installed in it?
  • Please share the screenshot (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=AVG-Create-screenshot) of the error message which you get when you trying to install AVG.

Hello, Like many other i have just purchased the upgrade to include 3 additional features.  they all seem to be active, but when trying to install they all return a failed result.  i have tried some of the suggestions already mentioned, but they also fail to install.
