AVG Support Wizard won't expand

May I know exactly what problem you're facing while uninstalling AVG? Are you receiving any error messages? 
Also, could you please share the screenshot that 'Switch to Passive Mode' screen to investigate further?

I've been unable to click on the AVG Clear & Removal tool as it never fully expands.  Wasted a ton of Restarts (& uninstalls on the Programs list), but finally looked at a full size of what the wizard should look like.  Mine shows the "Switch to Passive Mode" part of the screen & not the selections that should be alongside that.  How can I get there?
