Upon checking, you do not have any active paid subscriptions under the email address you used to contact us here.
Could it be possible that you used a different email address?
Did you check if the amount has been deducted from your account?
I bought the 23.88 euros a year suscription (but I forgot to create an account before that) and when I authorized to pay with paypal, it was paid but the app showed no internet connection while there was, when I restarted the PC, the suscription was gone and I have to pay for it again. And I don't if after the year is over it will renew automatically while I can't use it.
Well that's the problem I never used an account. The app didn't ask me to create an account before paying so I paid and yes the amount was deducted from my paypal.
