AVG Tagging My Shopify Site As Harmful

Hello Ginger,
Thank you for contacting AVG Community Support.
We are sorry to know that your website tagged as harmful and want to report it to AVG. We'll certainly check and help you out.
A false positive is any clean file flagged as malicious. False positives may sometimes occur in any antivirus software because of new virus definitions being added to the application database. AVG file whitelisting is a service provided mainly to software developers to reduce the risk of false positive detections.
If your website is incorrectly flagged as malicious, you can report this using the Report a suspected false positive webform (https://www.avg.com/en-ww/report-false-positive).
When you submit application files/websites to the AVG Threat Labs (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlName=avg-threat-lab-file-whitelist&q=threat+lab&supportType=home), a group of analysts review the software/website for malicious or unwanted activity.
If determined clean, the submitted file/website is moved to our set of approved files to ensure it is no longer flagged as malicious.
Thank you and keep us updated.

Every time I go to my Shopify website AVG free tags my site as harmful. I set exceptions in AVG and still get the warning. It just started with the resent version of AVG Free. My sales have gone down in the last quarter and I'm wondering how many customers are getting this issue and NOT visiting my site.

How do I contact AVG and get this corrected? My site is basic, no added software.
Help Please.
