AVG taking money from account

I have not subscribed to AVG for a couple of years. I unsubscribed on the online system as I no longer want to use AVG products.

Despite this AVG continue to take £39.99 each year from my account. I followed this up with AVG last year and despite 'live chat' conversations with their team I DID NOT GET A REFUND LAST YEAR.

This has now happened AGAIN last month. I don't have any direct debits to AVG so don't know how or why this is happening. I have now been charged 

Is anyone aware how I can get a refund?

Very disappointing and I am gutted to be losing money like this.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you very much for finding the problem.

I have gone to the refund page you have sent, but I do no know my License number(s), Order number(s) or Product Key(s).

I have tried to enter the password for my account, but I cannot remember as it is so old! Because I deleted my email address a few years ago, I cannot get my password re-set either.

Can you help out? Much appreciated.

Hi, I was charged on 22 August on my bank statement.

My old email is robert_parker12@hotmail.com (this account is now deleted but may previously have been associated).
