AVG tech Support, asking about money!

Bought and Install AVG today and can not go to any website with hhtps ? Called the support the technician is BS me and asking me how much I paid to DELL technician to fix my laptop a day ago.
Very unprofessional, I had to call another help and pay, they told me the problem is with the clock it fails authentication cause it is on AM instead of PM !!!
the avg technician told me MY NETWORK ACCESS PROTECTION IS OFF AND I NEED LEVEL 7 NETWORK ENGINEERS EXPERTS TO FIX IT !!! PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO GET TO MY LAPTOP FROM ABROAD AND I NEED TO DO THIS RIGHT AWAY!!! 

I AM VERY VERY DISGUSSTED WITH THIS TYPE OF SUPPORT ! 

I called back and talked to another support AND ASKED HIM TO TALK TO THE MANAGER

Someone who posed as a manager said he will terminate him. I told him I don't care but he needs to send me an official letter from avg stating the manager name and title. I never recieved that. 

This shrade avg employees are playing with me and my company is costing us money. 
This is none of his business how much we paid DELL technician. Although I told him it was under warranty. 

When you install AVG it turns off windows firewall and the person who fixed it show me the yellow block where it says AVG is taking over. 

I would fire the entire support !!!
And as a matter of fact AVG is supposed to compensate me since I had to pay another company.
