AVG Threatening me with expiring subscription because of credit card expiration date?!

Thank you for your understanding.

I received an email from AVG that "Your AVG subscription expires on 28 February 2022, because your payment card ending in [number] will be expired before your next subscription charge date."

Are you guys serious?! After signing in my AVG Account, I can clearly see at Subscriptions that the next charge is supposed to happen on February 12, 2023. My credit card will expire in 09/2022, yes. However, I recently renewed my AVG subscription using an early renewal opportunity in November, 2021, which extended my subscription until February 28, 2023. Using the same credit card, of course, which AVG knew would expire in 09/2022, yet it was never mentioned in any agreements that it was a condition to have a credit card that has an expiration date later than February 12, 2023.

The letter continues, "
If your card provider has an account updating service, we may be able to renew your subscription without you doing anything. But just to be safe, please update your card details with the button below."

First of all, my subscription does NOT need to be renewed for one good amount of time as I have already paid for the service until February 28, 2023! You have absolutely no right to stop the service before this date with regard to my credit card expiration date. There was no such condition in either the EULA or Digital River's Terms of Sale. Additionally, it is absolutely unreasonable to already end my subscription on February 28, 2022, that is supposed to last until February 28, 2023, just because my credit card that I'm supposed to use for the next renewal of the service (which should be timely to happen only on February 12, 2023) happens to expire in September, 2022. Like WHAT?!

Secondly, I simply can NOT provide any other credit card details than I currently have, even if I wanted to, because the issue with my bank about the renewal of my credit card will only be timely around August, 2022. I expect to get a very good explanation to this issue, or the admission that the email mentioned above was sent to me by mistake.

It is also unacceptable that there is no email address for AVG Support where I could have written about my problem, only this public "community" platform where the answer is the same to most posts: "it is not recommended to write about your subscription details publicly so we have sent you an email and let's continue there". What's the point of this? Where are we supposed to write about the problems if you don't even have an EMAIL address? I know there is a call option and there is live chat option, but I don't want to chat with anyone. I want to write about my problem as accurately as I can and it takes a lot of time as I have to gather data about the issue and I'm not a native English speaker etc.

Anyway, an answer would be greatly appreciated.
