I have written to AVG a week ago asking for refund of $89.99 taken from my account on 16 Feb. I have not bought anything from AVG and my last subscription was a couple of years ago.
I have not had any answer or acknowledgement of my previous communication. I want my money refunded a.s.a.p. What can I do?
