AVG totally failing disabled people

Hi guys, I am a severely visually impaired person but with assistive technology I can use my desktop PC. I have a complex situation and am disgusted at not being able to contact a human at AVG or even phone or email someone for help. This amounts IMHO to DISCRIMINATION.
Around a year ago I purchased a number of AVG pruducts including AVG VPN, AVG INTERNET SECURITY, AVG TRACK, AVG TUNE UP. I genuinely bought these products thinking that they were a one off purchase for a year. I am pretty certain that I used PayPal for the purchases.
Earlier on this year I was the victim of a large and repeated fraud attempt which was very traumatic. I was advised to completely delete my Google account including all mails etc. they even said my phone number had likely been compromised. The risk to me was high because my personal info was circulating on the dark web.

I did all that was asked of me and then set about notifying everybody about the changes. I used Paypal for subscriptions and the payment process was that they then debited my bank account with the purchases I mde. With help I found that a number of AVG subs were “live” so these were deactivated although with hindsight this was not actually fully done. It has esulted in Paypal making two payments to AVG under the billing name of NORTONLIFELOCK IRELAND for the sums of £69.99 and £84.99 although the payments have not been processed by my bank and I am trying tocontact my bank to stop the payments if possible. I am also speaking with PayPaI . I fully appreciate that me having the change my original purchase email for AVG has caused issues but this was forced upon me. I believe the AVG VPN is due for “renewal” now but there is no clear means of contact AVG by phone or email for help. Why the hell is this? Furthermore I cannot even find a UK address for AVG, this is a shambles.I never want to have any of AVG products again because of the shambolic way they deal with customers and provisions for communication are the worst I have ever experienced.
Just because I am registered blind it does not mean I am totally useless.

Hopefully some one on here will be able to help me sort this mess out but my cat has so far been more useful than AVG. The law says that service and product providers must , by law make reasonable adjustments to level up the ability of us who are disabled.

Apologies for rambling on but this sort of event should ver happen but I notice many people make similar comments when trying to get support.

I ‘am totely agree with you, not fun that nnobody human can help us with problelm,s I can’t give a problem in . They can takee yoour money but noone is there to help . My languages is Duths I cana little Englisch and wath is written is not wright ..I can not stop a AVG item . ANd they take the money ! I realy getting angry.
