I had the free version of you antivirus. I opted for the full product suite trial. Once that was over, your product completely f@#$%d up my computer!!! I have no internet access and can't seem to fix the problem. And don't tell me to download and reinstall…I have ZERO internet access. What kind of garbage product is this?? NO ONE should use your product. And your AVG PC Tune Up has been uninstalling for THREE HOURS!!! Your stuff is junk. DO NOT INSTALL ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS!

This isn't the experience we want you to have. Please reboot your computer in safe mode with networking http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-reboot-your-computer-into-Safe-Mode and run the AVG Remover tool [http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-troubleshoot-issues-after-upgrade-to-the-latest-AVG-antivirus-product] to remove TuneUp traces. Then boot your computer in normal mode and check if you are able to access the Internet. IF not then I would recommend using the Windows Last Known Good Configuration or any previous restore point to fix this issue https://goo.gl/hFYaGr.
