AVG Tune Up 1-Click will not end disk fragmentation

Hello Pablo,

Let's try it in alternate way. Please check if there is any external storage devices connected with your system. If so, remove the external storage and cancel/ skip the defragmentation process from running.

To skip it, open AVG PC Tuneup main interface, right click on settings icon (maintenance feature) skip the defragmentation option. Again, click on 1 click maintenance, uncheck defragmentation feature.

To run this scan manually, go to All functions feature ( last component) -> Hard Disk -> Defragment Disk. Select the drive and choose "run a fast defragmentation". It will show you the time frame of the process. We need to wait till the process gets completed.

Tune up did not conduct the weekly maintenance for more than 14 days. I manually activated it, but now it will remain in idle when reaching Disk Fragmentation. I've left it over night, I did the "repair", install and uninstall, and nothing. Any other ideas?
